Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 72 Hours in advance of the start date of the experience.

Multi Day Safaris

Cancellation Policy

60 to 45 Days – 50% Cancellation Charge. 45 Days or less 100% Cancellation Charge.

Refund Policy

If you qualify for a refund, note refunds are processed on the second week of the second month, after the request. That is, if you opt for a refund on April, you will receive it from between June 10^th and 14^th Depending on your bank.

For this we will need your bank details for a SWIFT TRANSFER, Less Transfer Charges

Reschedule Policy

Reschedule are available to package – with the same option – at a cost of 35% of the future tour price based on the date. The rescheduled future date is limited to 1 year from the initial travel date.

You can only reschedule a package 30 Days to the start of a tour.

What this means;

For example, if  you had booked on 10th June 2020. you can only reschedule to any future date on or before 10th June 2021.

If the future tour price is 100 USD, it will only cost you 350 USD to do this tour.

Privacy Policy/Data Usage Policies

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help in spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
